Group Director
Mr. Premendra Richhariya
Founder & Group Director
With over 20 years at the helm of The Richhariya Group, Mr. Premendra Richhariya has built the organisation from its modest beginnings into a respected real estate conglomerate in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
Under his leadership, the group has delivered more than a dozen residential colonies, earning awards and accolades for quality construction, transparent dealings, and community-centric planning.
Beyond residential development, he has expanded the group's presence into construction materials — including a crusher unit and AAC block manufacturing — with a vision to enter hospitality, resorts, and retail in the coming years.
Known for his humility, deep industry experience, and sharp business acumen, Mr. Richhariya continues to guide every project with a personal commitment to quality and trust.

Cheif operating officer
Anand Richhariya
Mr. Anand Richhariya, a key pillar of the organization, has been with the Richhariya Group since its inception. He currently serves as Cheif operating officer and possesses extensive knowledge of all related operations.
Mr. Richhariya has effectively managed multiple departments until dedicated heads were appointed, demonstrating his versatility and leadership skills.
He oversees the land acquisition process, which requires a comprehensive understanding of land laws, administration, and social clearances. In this capacity, he represents the group before various administrative authorities to secure the necessary approvals and clearances.
Additionally, Mr. Richhariya maintains direct communication with clients regarding property sales, handling all aspects of the registry, name transfers, associated revenue payments, and compliance with established norms and regulations.
He plays a crucial role in connecting banking and finance operations, ensuring effective management of financial inflows and outflows.
With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Richhariya has a deep understanding of the business and has been genuinely dedicated to the organization, significantly contributing to the Richhariya Group's success and growth.

Vishal Chhatri
Mr. Vishal Chhatri serves as the General Manager at Richhariya Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 20 years of cross-sector experience in operations, strategy, and team leadership. He is responsible for driving operational excellence and aligning daily business activities with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
In his role, he oversees multi-site operations, effectively managing manpower, machinery, and financial resources to ensure seamless execution and high performance.
Known for his attention to detail and solution-oriented approach, he streamlines processes, enhances productivity, and builds high-performing, well-coordinated teams.
Vishal also contributes to strengthening the company’s brand presence through his experience in media and advertising, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. His balanced approach to execution, coordination, and strategic thinking plays a key role in sustaining the company’s growth and reputation in the real estate sector.
